As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) at JAG Healthcare, you’ll support residents and the clinical team by assisting with essential healthcare tasks, coordinating information, and helping daily operations run smoothly.
Depending on the facility and specific position, your responsibilities may include obtaining vital signs, preparing residents for appointments or treatments, assisting with documentation, communicating with healthcare providers, and supporting nursing staff with resident needs.

Qualifications
- Current Certified Medical Assistant credential from a recognized certifying organization
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
- CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, physician offices, or a related setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs, and clinical documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow applicable healthcare regulations
- Dependable, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively with the care team
