JAG Healthcare Union City is a 43 bed skilled nursing facility specializing in the care of residents with cognitive deficit disorders with a special attention to those with Geri-Psych and Memory Care needs. We have a fully secured facility with magnetic self locking doors that are monitored 24 hours a day. We are strategically located on the Ohio/Indiana border and accept a wide variety of insurance policies. We have a full in-house rehabilitation program and pride ourselves in our success rate in getting our residents treated and returned home. We also provide long-term care for those residents needing the extended stay.
