As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at JAG Healthcare, you’ll play an essential role in helping residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. You’ll build meaningful relationships while assisting residents with daily activities and providing compassionate care that supports their independence and quality of life.
Working alongside nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team, you’ll help ensure every resident receives personalized, person-centered care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications
- Current Ohio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous long-term care or healthcare experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and activities of daily living
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Many JAG Healthcare locations offer flexible scheduling with 4, 6, 8, and 12-hour shifts, along with full-time, part-time, PRN, and Weekend Warrior opportunities. Available schedules vary by facility, and we strive to work with your availability whenever possible.
Yes, depending on the facility. Some JAG Healthcare locations care for residents living with dementia, memory loss, behavioral health needs, or cognitive impairments. You’ll receive guidance and support while providing compassionate, individualized care that promotes dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Yes! Many of our locations offer full-time, part-time, PRN, and Weekend Warrior opportunities with the ability to fill in or pick up hours at other near by facilities.
