As a Medical Transport Driver at JAG Healthcare, you’ll play an important role in helping residents safely travel to medical appointments, therapy sessions, dialysis treatments, hospital visits, and other approved destinations. Every trip is an opportunity to provide reassurance, compassion, and exceptional customer service while representing JAG Healthcare throughout the community.
Depending on the facility, this position may also include Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsibilities. When transportation services are not needed, you may assist residents with daily care, answer call lights, and support the nursing team in providing high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate wheelchair-accessible transportation vehicles
- Current Ohio CNA certification may be required depending on the facility
- CPR certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Previous healthcare, transportation, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and adaptable
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs
- Professional, compassionate, and resident-focused attitude
