Lead Each Shift with Confidence and Compassion
As an RN Charge Nurse at JAG Healthcare, you’ll combine hands-on resident care with nursing leadership. You’ll oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit, support the nursing team, and help ensure every resident receives safe, compassionate, person-centered care.
Working closely with the Director of Nursing, unit managers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members, you’ll serve as a clinical leader while mentoring staff, responding to resident needs, and helping create a positive environment for both residents and employees.
Whether you’re coordinating care, assisting your team, or supporting families during difficult moments, your leadership will make a lasting impact every shift.

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
- Previous nursing experience required
- Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred but not required
- Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
